About the Series
Executive Director Daniel Cortes and Artistic Director Sergei Kossenko created Summer Serenades to highlight the world-class talent within the local community and provide meaningful work for professional musicians during the slow summer months. “Our mission is to spread beautiful music, generate opportunities for artists, and establish a concert series that rivals the quality of any organization in the world,” says Cortes. “Summer Serenades celebrates our local experts and elevates Central Florida's cultural scene,” adds Kossenko.

Each concert appeals to a wide range of musical tastes, from beloved Hollywood and anime scores to grand opera and vibrant Latin American rhythms. The intimate settings of The Women's Club of Sanford and Church of the Messiah in Winter Garden offer engaging, personal concert experiences.
